BAA: Recruitment Video

Aimed at MBA graduates, this recruitment video was designed to attract high calibre managers to help run high profile projects, including the construction of T5.  It illustrates the career opportunities and benefits on offer, both within the company’s core airport management activities and its varied peripheral businesses, from retail to rail services.

The video, which was filmed over a five day period at Heathrow, is structured around interviews with existing staff recruited through the graduate programme who have subsequently gone on to be successful within the organisation.
