Scottish & Newcastle: Taking Orders
When one of the world’s biggest brewers wanted to change the way it trained its sales staff, they asked us to make a video for them. What better way to illustrate the new training approach than putting MD, Willie Crawshay, ‘back to the floor,’ to experience the process for himself?
Our film crew followed Willie as he posed as a salesman for a day, visiting customers in bars and restaurants, trying to sell beer while being shadowed by an Scottish and Newcastle sales coach. Shot in a day, the result is a 12-minute fly-on-the-wall documentary which was shown at S&N sales conferences throughout the UK, much to the delight of the sales team audience!
